ABOUT MEREDITH M. LANGGUTH
I am committed to building compassionate and effective therapeutic alliances with my patients. I use a patient-centered approach that combines evidence-based treatments with the patient’s own individual goals to promote the best possible outcomes. I believe in, and practice, a whole-person approach to care that incorporates a lifestyle-centric perspective on wellbeing. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and provide a supportive, safe space that embraces a gender-affirming approach. I currently have availability for patients 12 and up and offer both telemedicine and in-person appointments. I offer med-management and brief-supportive psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, panic disorders, substance use disorders, eating disorders appropriate for outpatient treatment, obsessive compulsive disorder and body focused repetitive behaviors, bipolar disorder, ADHD, schizoaffective disorders, and schizophrenia. I currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, and ComPsych.
