I believe big change happens when we connect the right people, resources, and ideas around a shared mission. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of philanthropy, corporate partnerships, and social impact—helping organizations grow funding, scale programs, and create opportunities for veterans, military families, and underserved communities.I’ve led multi-million-dollar portfolios for nonprofits, Fortune 100 companies, and foundations—always with an eye toward making every dollar go further. At Hiring Our Heroes, I helped grow funding by $2M in a single year. At JPMorgan Chase, I directed a $13M military and veteran affairs portfolio, aligning philanthropic investments with enterprise-wide impact. And across every role, I’ve focused on building partnerships that last and programs that truly deliver.What drives me? Creating impact that’s measurable, sustainable, and deeply human.
