I am the founder of a 501(c)(3) dedicated to building an inclusive community for women runners and raising aspirations and confidence of girls by connecting them to female role models. Our team grew the group from 10 to members in under 3 years using social media. I served as Executive Director while I lived in Utah from October 2020 to June 2023, and as the Founder, I continue to support a team of 10 Board of Directors remotely with strategic planning to accomplish our mission. As ED, I oversaw and managed philanthropic initiatives and fundraisers, community events, and strategic partnerships with Lululemon, Salomon, Altra, Nike, and more. I led a team of 5 Board of Directors to guide prioritization and execution of initiatives that aligned with our goals to foster community and inclusivity. I collaborated with this team to develop and refine an organizational structure to set up Women of the Wasatch to run and grow effectively in the future.
