About Meredith Sanders
I started in the music business before moving into tech, a transition that taught me culture is everything. Not culture as a perk or a poster, but as the operating system that determines whether organizations can actually scale without breaking.At Eventbrite, I watched Nashville grow from 1 to 300 people and saw firsthand what happens when you get culture right. That belief shaped my entire career arc - from Customer Experience to Recruiting Operations to Talent Acquisition Leadership to full-scope HR. Every role taught me the same lesson from a different angle: when you build from equity, honesty, and accountability, everything else gets easier.Now at TwelveLabs, a video AI company, I work at the intersection of Operations, Strategy, and Culture. I\'m focused on making sure our values aren\'t just words on a wall - they\'re how we make decisions, structure teams, and show up across US and Korean offices. Whether I\'m planning Business Kickoffs or our Seoul Summit, figuring out the best coffee for the office, launching new IT tools, or facilitating All Hands where we actually talk about what our values mean in practice - it all comes back to the same question: are we building something people actually want to be part of?The best work happens in the connective tissue between People, Operations, and Strategy.
