   I am a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and I focus solely on ESOP education and transactions across business lines at Wells Fargo. Working with clients, prospects, internal and external contacts throughout the ESOP community, I help bring everyone together. My specialty within the transaction is to facilitate Section 1042 portfolio design and implementation. We also provide guidance for existing ESOP plans that have cash balances within their trust and need mindful investing and repurchase obligation management. I am a member of both the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and the ESOP Association, where I am Past President of the Illinois chapter and serve on the National Advisory Committee for Ownership Culture. I present across the country on a variety of ESOP topics both through these organizations and in concert with other Wells Fargo teammates and external COI\'s.
