ABOUT MEREDITH DELK
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of healthcare, policy, and people—first as a clinician and later as an executive leading national teams across the country. As Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at InnovAge, I’m proud to support our InnovAge team in the service of thousands of Americans being served through the PACE model, which provides robust medical, social, and community services so as to support older adults with complex needs in maintaining their independence in their homes and communities. Before InnovAge, I served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of State Government Solutions at Prime Therapeutics (formerly Magellan Rx), overseeing pharmacy solutions across 28 states and Washington, DC, and impacting more than 54 million people. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building strong teams, delivering meaningful results, and advancing systems that improve access, quality, and dignity in care. Service beyond my day-to-day work has always been important to me. I’ve served on numerous nonprofit boards that include working on issues around protecting children from violent crimes to clean water in Africa.
