After over a decade with experience working in the Houston commercial real estate industry, specializing in property management, Meredith has begun her next chapter and started her own corporate events planning and consulting company, Above & Beyond; curating custom experiences for commercial property managers to offer their tenants through engagement programs and property events, Meredith excels in executing details, explosive creativity and client relations. Meredith contributes her time and efforts to Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and served as Chairman of the Professional Development and Education Committee (2021). She is in her 13th year as an active volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, currently in her sixth year as Vice Chairman with the Souvenir Program Committee. She enjoys supporting and volunteering with charities near to her heart, including, Alex\'s Lemonade Stand Foundation, Birthday Bash Box and Goodwill Industries of Houston. Meredith graduated from The University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree from the School of General Studies in Mass Media, English and History. July 2021, Meredith returned to her favorite iconic building, Houston Pennzoil Place (1.4MM sf), as Property Manager with Transwestern Commercial Services. September 2016, Meredith joined the Hines management team as Assistant Property Manager at Chase Tower | Chase Center (600|601 Travis), a 2-building project exceeding 1.5 MM square feet in the CBD, and in September 2018 made the internal move to Amegy Tower, an Class-A+ square foot property in the Greater Houston Uptown Area where Amegy Bank hosts its Houston headquarters. In 2020 and 2021, she lead her team and won the BOMA competition for The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) in both Local and Regional for the office building category. She began her career in commercial real estate in 2011 right out of college with Cameron Management in downtown Houston. After 2 years, she made a move to Transwestern, beginning at Four Oaks Place, a 1.2 MM square foot Class-A office building campus in the Houston Uptown area. Then, she transferred back downtown to Houston Pennzoil Place, an iconic 1.4 MM square foot Class-A office building.
