As the lead artist and founder of Art by Meredith Connelly LLC, I create large-scale illuminated installations, hand-cut paper works, and interactive public art that bridges science, nature, and technology. My practice is rooted in accessibility, sensory engagement, and storytelling through light and form. In addition to my visual work, I curate multidisciplinary exhibitions and lead community-centered initiatives that foster inclusion, dialogue, and cultural connection.I oversee all phases of project development, from concept and material exploration to fabrication, installation, and community engagement. As a creative director and collaborator, I manage cross-functional teams of artists, fabricators, and subcontractors to realize ambitious public works and exhibitions. I’ve cultivated partnerships with arts organizations, city agencies, and developers to co-create projects that are deeply responsive to place, history, and community needs.My business is built on values of access, equity, and creative mentorship. I’ve developed systems for artist support, transparent budgeting, and project evaluation, and have supported emerging and underrepresented artists through paid opportunities, internships, and curatorial initiatives.
