ABOUT MERCY ASAMOAH
I am Mercy Asamoah, a current undergraduate student at American University focusing on Psychology and African American/African Diaspora Studies (alongside a certificate in Leadership and Ethical Development by way of the CAS LEAD program), paving the way towards a PhD in Clinical Psychology in the near future, alongside decolonial studies that focuses on being Black, African, Immigrant, and other facets of marginalization that I have experienced in my life. I pride myself in the idea that I am a lifelong learner, and \"executioner\", in the sense that I want to be able to work in community with others who think similarly to I do, and be able to execute work and goals that necessitate a move towards liberation, especially within mental health infrastructures in the US, and in my other home, Ghana.
