Over 10 years of experience in military and adult education, career counseling, workforce training/facilitation, and curriculum development. Expertise in organizing, leading, and conducting high-visibility Department of the Navy programs and projects with successful outcomes. Career supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Secret Clearance. My experience has helped me to establish an understanding of the military lifestyle giving me the ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in military transition as well as collaborate with Command Leadership on retention planning. In my current role as a Transition Advisor, I provide one on one counseling sessions to transitioning Service Members with unique skill sets.
