Manage the end-to-end event execution from event creation on virtual event platform & dry runs, to the day-of event logistics and post-event metrics· Conduct planning, production, operation, and management of all virtual events· Work cross-functionally to deliver on all aspects of events: content approval, content posting/coordination, event promotions, etc.· Build processes for repeatability and scalability of events activities· Work closely with Events Department Management to establish successful initiatives to align with overall Shared Assessments strategy and drive event participation· Work with Events Department Management to strategically plan and set the organizational events calendar for the year.· Work closely with internal leadership and staff as well as external production team and vendors by providing oversight of all activities and events surrounding the annual Summit.· Provide oversight and manage day of event logistics related to Summit to ensure a smooth production, handling requests from VIPs.· Coordinate and manage contracts and relationships with external production and events vendors to ensure highest level of service and product while managing costs.· Track deadlines and manage reminders for all necessary events logistics.· Set and analyze event metrics to ensure goals are being met and strong ROI, making recommendations for future adjustments.
