I am an experienced industry professional with over 14 years of project and program management as well as sales/marketing management, and accounting experience. Along with my experience as an industry professional, I have a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion both inside and outside of the workplace and am actively engaged in DEI work.    Summer camp to introduce female students to opportunities in the field of construction. This camp is free to attendees and will teach them basic elements of various construction trades with lots of hands on experiences. This unique, hands-on learning experience for young girls encourages them to make their mark in the male-dominated construction industry. Seasoned mentors and role models are on hand to support them every step of the way.
