Hi! I’m Mercedeh — a collaborative and analytical professional with a strong background in cryo-EM and TEM, currently working as an Advanced Workflow Specialist at Leica Microsystems.I’ve gained hands-on experience in cryo-em, ultra-microtomy, EM/SEM sample preparation, and confocal microscopy, while supporting a wide range of workflows across the Leica portfolio. I enjoy sharing knowledge through training sessions and cross-functional collaboration, and I’m known for strong communication skills and creative problem-solving.To complement my technical expertise, I completed the Harvard Business School Online CORe program, where I developed a solid foundation in business analytics, financial accounting, and economics for managers.
