I’m most energized when I’m learning, solving messy problems, and building trust with others along the way.At AMEND Consulting, I had the privilege of working across a wide variety of clients and industries. As a generalist, I jumped into whatever challenge needed tackling. That included improving operations on the floor, building dashboards in Power BI, and working side by side with teams to rethink how things could be done better. I gained experience in strategy, operations, and business intelligence.I bring grit, heart, and a deep desire to grow. I’m not afraid to get uncomfortable or ask hard questions if it helps move things forward. I care deeply about doing meaningful work and doing it with people who are just as invested.I’m now looking for my next chapter in consulting, strategy, or operations.
