ABOUT DARIA KUZMINA

Over the past 4 years, I have been successfully engaged in IT recruiting in companies in Europe and the CIS, specializing in vacancies in the fields of HealthTech, GameDev, FinTech, and Automotive. My achievements include exceeding KPIs by 100-130% monthly, as well as closing 6 vacancies in 2 months in the agency and 16 vacancies in 6 months in-house. The average candidate search period ranged from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the vacancy. I developed and implemented an automated recruiting process, which allowed me to significantly increase the candidate base and improve the quality of selection. I also excelled in designing and optimizing processes, which resulted in lower costs and improved hiring efficiency. My work with onboarding and onboarding has helped create a consistent standard and improve recruitment success rates. My ability to work both with agencies and in-house makes me a versatile specialist, able to effectively solve problems of varying complexity. I am especially proud that I was able to build the work of IT recruitment in a foreign office and grow from an intern to a junior analyst-sourcer. Thanks to my efforts in establishing long-term and trusting relationships, the company received 6 new recruitment projects in Serbia and Europe. One of my key tasks was to fill complex technical vacancies for strategically important clients with the need to relocate candidates. Key competencies that I have include full-cycle HR management, assessment, motivation, team support, and interviewing. The strengths that distinguish me are the ability to quickly adapt to new markets, as was the case with the successful implementation in Serbia, and high efficiency in filling difficult vacancies. I have various tools in my arsenal including Zoho Recruit, Canva, and experience with BambooHR, Asana, Redmine, Confluence, Sharepoint, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Typeform, Zapier, Miro, and Airtable.
