About Hari Menon
Over the last 24 years, I have had the privilege to formulate, lead & execute HR strategy in matrix and multicultural business ecosystems with an experience working for Hospitality, Telecom, Heavy Machinery, Power Generation, Clean Energy, Mobility (Rail & Bus), Logistics & Warehousing, Shipping, Real Estate and now with the Fragrance, Flavour & Personal Care sector. I feel proud to have contributed to the strategic direction and governance of Alstom in India as a member of the Board of Directors. I am humbled and honoured to be the very first Asian in a Regional HR leadership role and also in a Global Talent Lead role at ALSTOM, the youngest ever HR Executive Committee member at ALSTOM, the first ever Asian in the CMA CGM HR Leadership team and the first ever non Japanese CHRO at Mitsui OSK (MOL Group).I am particularly passionate about the Power of Inclusion & Diversity and the Impact of Digital Transformation which will further influence and change the Future of Work.
