I am a seasoned global leader with over 2 decades at Accenture, leading large scale ICT and managed services operations across regions and industries. My roles have positioned me as “two in a box” with our clients, taking end to end accountability for our shared success. I bring board-level judgment, delivery certainty, and financial discipline to global delivery and shared services organizations operating at scale.I am known for being deployed when outcomes matter: stabilizing complex environments, rebuilding executive trust, and institutionalizing repeatable, future-ready operating models. I operate comfortably at the intersection of consulting delivery, engineering collaboration, and shared services economicsA major part of my recent journey has been partnering with Global Capability Centers(GCCs) of organizations with varied ambitions and vision about their GCCs, across industries. I have been recognized as a top 5% business leader at Accenture, a Changemaker of the year in I&D, and among the Top 25 Sales leaders in APAC. I hold multiple certifications in executive board leadership, technology and innovation; reflecting my passion for continuous learning and giving back. I joined Accenture in 2003 and made partner (MD) in 2012. There are two other areas where I volunteer time outside my work.First - I have led, championed and executed many Talent(People) Transformation initiatives in the Professional Services industry, for marquee client programs, across cycles. This is first principles for sustainable success in business and is science and art. Drawing on this repertoire, I continue to contribute towards educational institutions, mentoring and coaching, to move the needle in the Skills to Employment space and help youngsters. I am also on the advisory board of an Australian Human Skills company called Maxme.Second – Having lived in Australia, handled and advised Aussie clients for more than a decade, I spend my free time volunteering to be a catalyst and contributor in the burgeoning India Australia strategic relationship. to bring both communities and businesses closer. The sky is the limit as the relationship is at an inflection point. The initial years of my career were shaped with marquee companies like American Express, Dell and Nasdaq listed ExlService.
