I have a rich experience of Sales and Account Management in a variety of domains like Digital OTT, TV, Insurance and IT solutions. I have worked in various capacities – having worked alone, led a team, and as well as been a part of one. Currently I\'m part of Jiostar (previously Hotstar) where I\'m in the Mid-Market team of the Auto/BFSI/QSR/Infra vertical. Since the merger of Star and Viacom, we have been tasked with selling both TV (all channels of Star and Viacom, barring news and sports) and Digital channels (Hotstar and Jiocinema). Before the merger, I was in the SMB (NBD) team where we used to look into both sports and Entertainment for Hotstar.Previously I was part of Pazcare, a leading player in the Employee Benefits and Insurance domain. I looked towards onboarding major players onto our platform and made sure that their employees\' are taken care of with regards to insurance and health benefits.Before that I was in Creative Information Technology Inc.(CITI). where for the majority of my time I was a Pre-sales executive, and my KRAs were Lead Generation, Hunting and Analysis. For a short stint I was a Project Coordinator too.Before my MBA, at Evogue Group, I handled Business Development for their Corporate Merchandising vertical, while later for their Corporate Advertising vertical, I was a Account Management Lead. The former was an IC role, while the latter was a People Manager role.My experience has made me adaptable to any kind of role and team, which I consider to be relevant in today’s times. I believe that my experience and its corresponding expertise would stretch me to the limits of my capabilities and allow me to think outside of the box and help me perform to the best of my ability.
