   Led the legacy code migration to convert a legacy giant monorepo from vanilla JavaScript to React.js. Spent months understanding how the legacy giant monorepo (2 million lines of codes) works since it had been built by several contractors prematurely for the proof of concept in the early stage of the company. Managed to figure out a plan to re-architect the monorepo and split it into multiple repos for better abstraction and refactoring. And was able to lay down the foundation to perform the code migration to only a smaller piece of the giant monorepo at a time without disrupting the entire app running on production with thousands of active daily users. Led a team of 5 front-end developers to revamp and rebuild one of the most valuable company\'s products from scratch to product launch. Architected solely for the state management, legacy monorepo integration, and legacy API integration. And was able to remove the heavy dependency on the legacy monorepo in order to increase the development speed to 4x. Developed solely to convert another monorepo (200 thousand lines of codes) to a Single Page Application. It involves complicated data fetching, passing, parsing, and storing in order to achieve a smooth transition between 46 different pages in addition to building the navigation panel, drawer,header, breadcrumb, etc. Constantly involved in cross-functional collaboration to integrate the application with other projects owned by different teams across different business domains. Architected a scalable and universal interface for each UI integration and designed an expandable data structure for the integration of different data models.
