About Menghan Liu
I’m a UX Researcher & Designer who transfer research insights into meaningful, enjoyable, and educational user experiences. I have previously worked in the areas of Educational Technology, E-commerce, and Financial Products. I am also interested in how AI/ML could facilitate human learning and socializing! I started my UX journey as a mixed-method UX researcher and eventually realized that I love the entire strategic side of the User-Centered process! As a research-driven UX practitioner, I am passionate about bridging the information gap between the stakeholders’ understanding of the users, as well as the users’ understanding to the product. I like to think about the “WHY” behind all of our assumptions!
