About Meng Gao

With over a decade of work experience in the healthcare and life science industries, I have developed valuable operational skillsets and strong interpersonal skills with a self-starter attitude in fast-paced, cross-functional and complex global environments. A “bio-nerd” at heart, my primary interests lie at the intersection of healthcare, social impact, and technology. I constantly seek to challenge myself to think outside the box to achieve impact through strategic initiative planning and operational excellence. My experiences from F&B to healthcare and drug development have provided me unique perspectives into creating, managing, and leading effective teams in start-up environments at key inflection points of growth.
