I spent my childhood the Philippines and later moved to the US (Texas/SanDiego), which has given me a unique perspective and drive to excel in finance. My journey has shaped my work ethic, adaptability, and passion for making a meaningful impact in the field. I’ve gained some deal exposure and hands-on experience in financial modeling, DCF analysis, and real estate valuation through various projects in real estate finance and acquisitions. I’m eager to further enhance my deal exposure by working on impactful projects across real estate, credit, capital markets, investment banking, and finance roles. I’m passionate about leveraging my financial modeling and project management skills to add value to high-performing teams, always prioritizing learning and growing new skills over earning.
