I can achieve any goals given to me within the timeline.My work area has been as a Business Analyst in the insurance domains of Health Insurance, Morter Insurance & Agriculture Insurance. As a BA I have gathered requirements, Solutions to the whole process to technical requirements, and finally coordinated the complete delivery process.Have managed a team of 30+ Testers and BA.I have worked for a big European Car Manufacturer as a Business Analyst and helped them to improve their existing process and also bring in new business ideas for a smooth customer experience. As a BA I am involved in various stakeholders meeting and then finally document the end-to-end requirement document. I am also involved in Change Management, Problem management, and Incident management process. Use of Jira is in my day-to-day routine.The major customers with whom I have worked are-1.
