Company administrator and trainer for our cloud-based payment management software, GCPay.• Inputs original estimate and contract items in Viewpoint for each project. • Manage waivers, contract forms, change orders, notices to subcontractors, construction schedules, and purchase orders as assigned.• Process invoices for routing, coding, approval, and payment in Invoice Review. • Ensure job cost reports and accounts receivable reports are accurate at all times.• Verify all subcontractors and vendors have current insurance certificates and fully executed contract prior to starting work.• Assist the estimating team with take offs and bid packages.
