I’m the Director of Early Talent Recruiting at FTI Consulting with over a decade of experience building early-career programs that support both the business and the people behind the applications.At the core of my work is a belief that early talent recruiting should be thoughtful, transparent, and personal. I care deeply about creating strong candidate experiences while helping teams hire the brightest talent from university that fits their team needs. Over the years, I’ve partnered closely with business leaders to design and scale early talent strategies across regions, navigate change, and build programs that focus on development - not just hiring. I’m especially passionate about helping students and early-career professionals understand how recruiting actually works and how to navigate the early stages of their careers with confidence.Outside of work, I value balance, curiosity, and continuous learning. You’ll often find me with people I love, on the water, or teaching hot yoga - reminding myself that careers, like yoga, are built through consistency rather than perfection!
