The Wholeness Coach is responsible for health and wellness coaching in a one-on-one capacity to a group of members that range in needs. Responsibilities include helping members develop a wholeness vision and goals based upon the members’ desired behaviors in all areas of wellness (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, etc.) The Wholeness Coach is responsible for providing support to improve members’ health, vitality, and well-being so members engage in behaviors to improve health and prevent disease including but not limited to weight loss, fitness, nutrition, stress coping, sleep, and mind-body wellness. The Wholeness Coach will support members to assess and track progress toward their defined goals and partner with members to make personalized adjustments to their wellness plan that enable them to reach their vision.
