As a contract auditor for the OCQAS, I work with a dedicated team conducting academic quality audits at one of Ontario\'s 24 colleges of applied arts and technology. My responsibilities included understanding and adhering to relevant policies and guidelines, playing a key role in cross-functional teams to meet audit objectives, and ensuring thorough review of documentation for completeness. My role was particularly significant in communicating with college members and leading the validation of quality processes by assessing policies, practices, and procedures against established standards, conducting interviews, and analyzing evidence. I also prepared detailed quality documentation and reports, summarizing critical information to support ongoing quality assurance efforts.
