About a year ago, I started my own company, Muri, where we help businesses grow and adapt to changes in the market.ResultsWhile at Fusion Medical, I helped lead many teams over the years, each becoming pillars of the company\'s strategy, and ultimately the organizational design. As an example, one of the teams I lead increased revenue by 426% in just one year (in the 3rd year they went on to become and remain their top client). With another team, we changed our entire sales team\'s sales processes of over 300 employees and 8 sales departments, while growing each division by a minimum of 20% within six weeks of implementation. While I was at Aequor, we developed strategies that helped keep us stable, even when our market was cut by over 50% in three months. Currently, I serve as the Executive Director of NATHO, in addition to managing my consulting case load through Muri. The Executive Director position is a passion of mine due to being part of the industry for so long. In this role, I work to advance the standards and practices of the healthcare staffing industry, ensuring a high level of professional integrity and operational excellence among member organizations.My focus is on bringing people, culture, and processes together to create successful teams.
