Over 20 years of Programme and Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure, Applications and Engineering. For more than 10 years I have been supporting Transformation Directors with complex programmes within the Portfolio/Programme Management Office (PMO) in different PMO Leadership roles.In the role of PMO Manager, I use my 20 years of Programme and Project Management experience to setup and run PMOs, proactively support, lead and mentor Programme and Project Managers in the governance and control of their projects and programmes.I have considerable PMO Portfolio/Programme Planning and Earned Value Management experience on very large complex portfolio of programmes, through establishing PMO capabilities and then leading the functions within an Enterprise Programme Management Office (EPMO).
