Author of,\"What The Hell, A Life Testimony,\" and \"What The Hell, Her Rise from the Ashes,\" Coach Melvi provides life coaching, health, wellness, spiritual healing and counseling for women using holistic methods, giving woman a place to release, vent but keep a balance on both. A lot of times women get so caught up in serving others, that they have no place for themselves and they become drained as well as emotionally and mentally unhealthy inside. The face of healing has changed. A lot of people are finding others methods to heal that don\'t always involve using the status quo pharmaceutical method. I use holistic methods such as meditation, Reiki, Akashic Healing, Cognitive Behavioral methods as well as my Mirror Moment Reflection sessions which tap into the root cause of underlying issues. A lot of mental and physical issues come from past life emotional traumas that have been forgotten and/or repressed. Most have no clue that the emotions that are held in are the cause of a lot of the illnesses we deal with. Once these issues are found, and healed from within, the physical problem also heals. This takes time, patience and understanding as everyone needs time to heal, but we also need to face the issues as well. This is where I come in and help guide you slowly through the process. As someone who has written a book on my own personal struggles and how I overcame them, I understand how hard it can seemingly be to move forward and I want to break the glass ceiling for women to let them know that they are more than just a daughter, sister, mother, wife and career woman. I want women find the innate power inside of them to heal and embrace the whole woman they are and the life they were destined to live full of love, joy and success.
