Led the design, build, test, and deployment of secure cloud-based and on-premise solution architectures on multiple strategic Digital Transformation, Enterprise Data Management, and Legacy Modernization programs enabling HSB to reduce its technical debt, lower annual legacy maintenance fees while enabling its staff to respond faster 50% faster to new business opportunities. • Led Architecture teams (i.e, Enterprise, Security, Data, Infrastructure) in the review and approval of non-functional requirements, solution design, test strategies, client software deployments, server agent installations, data migration plans, Hyper Care Support, and Post Day-1 Service plan reviews. • Led the teams that migrated website content, back-end systems, and automated services from a legacy CMS (Ektron) to an Enterprise-grade SaaS-based digital asset management and content management system, Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM). • Worked with platform architects to design an integrated solution that leverages a Robotic Processing Automation platform, Data Ingestion, Processing, Output Management integrated solution, and Azure Cloud Services that will enable Underwriters and Customer Support teams to respond 50% faster to HSB’s Cyber Insurance business requests. • Supported the design and infrastructure build-out that permitted a BPO to perform the technical assessment of HSB\'s Mainframe applications; including mapping data feeds, and upstream and downstream processes to enable the transformation of ETL & MDM functions to an Enterprise Data Management platform based on Informatica’s IDMC and Azure OneCloud technology platforms. • Led the Solution Architecture and design efforts to migrate its existing Mainframe (MF) platform hosting several applications to a Mainframe as a Service (MFaaS) provider (Kyndryl) infrastructure which enable HSB to save thousands to upgrade legacy systems while providing IT teams time to refactor these Mainframe applications on newer technology platforms.
