With over 20 years of experience in the energy and electric utility sector, I currently serve as Manager of Voice & Data Networks at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association. My role ensures the delivery of high-performance, secure, and reliable network services across the enterprise. I collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements and support the integration of new operational technologies, including advanced SCADA and System Metering. Additionally, I review and maintain disaster recovery and redundancy plans to safeguard Tri-State’s enterprise communication networks and ensure business continuity.A key focus of my leadership is fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the network team. I plan to promote professional development while working to break down silos and build strong multidisciplinary teams that effectively support the future of power delivery for Tri-State and its members.
