Manages assigned vendor relationships,(landscaping, housekeeping, carpet cleaning, supply vendors, security integrator, security personnel, fire inspectors, snow removal, trash removal, pest control, tenant services, emergency systems ), and effectively coordinates activities with internal and external customers. Conduct facility surveys and identify areas that required attention as it related to safety, security and repairs. On- call 24/7 for all Safety and Security related issues.
