Currently I am a Church Administrator and Personnel Manager. This position involves overall administration of the organization including human resources, personnel oversight, property management and work closely with the chairman of the finance operations team of both church locations. I am responsible to the Senior Pastor for providing leadership in administration, proclamation and overall operating procedures as the church may require. In addition I work closely with the Human Resource Associate and provide information, standards, policies and procedures concerning human resource matters. I also serve as the Campus Pastor of the Middletown, Delaware location.
