Project experience: VMWare VDI Managed Service, Oracle Application & Infrastructure Transformation, VMWare VCF Platform Implementation, Office Moves, Data Centre Installations, Dynamics 365 Infrastructure.Leadership & Strategy• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of 20+ staff, overseeing hiring, training, career development, and performance management.• Report to senior management, contributing to strategic planning and operational effectiveness.• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, security clearance requirements, and delivery excellence across functions.• Provide mentoring and training for Project Manager teammates.Project Delivery & Execution• Deliver complex projects end-to-end, including scope definition, SoW creation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.• Manage costs, schedules, and quality across project deliverables.• Participate in delivery assurance reviews to ensure adherence to governance, policies, and procedures.• Collaborate with Delivery Leads to align resources with project timelines and requirements.• Support training plans to upskill teams in emerging technologies.Team & Stakeholder Engagement• Organise and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity on deadlines, assignments, and objectives.• Navigate complex stakeholder environments to manage project changes aligned with evolving technical and business requirements.• Analyse project metrics to manage expectations and performance across clients, teams, and company leadership.• Present project information effectively to all levels of management.• Liaise with Supply Chain and third-party vendors to support delivery.
