ABOUT MELTEM AYDAS OZER
As an HR Generalist at Dr. Schär, I perform full cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, employee maintenance, and offboarding of employees. I also create and implement new procedures and policies to improve the efficiency and experience of the HR department and the organization as a whole. I coordinate special projects and events such as birthdays, summer parties, holiday gifts, onboarding gifts, etc. to foster a positive and engaging work culture. I also participated in several projects, such as HR Analytics, HR Total Rewards System, and Wellness Project, where I contributed to the data analysis, system development, and employee well-being initiatives. I have over 6 years of experience in various aspects of HR, including compensation, recruiting, professional development, training, and employee relations.
