Working to support people on the autistic spectrum and people with learning disabilities to have the same life opportunities as everyone else. Using a person-centred approach, I provide a range of creative solutions to current barriers and on site job coaching support, if needed, to ease the journey into work. Working as an advocate for the employee, I am also available to offer advice and training for employers and colleagues to encourage the rest of the workforce to become truly disability aware and confident.
