Over the past decade, I helped build and grow customer experience and operations strategies and activities in a multi-billion dollar corporation. In 2022, after a busy 2-years of successfully navigating choppy Covid-19 waters in the global cruise industry, I decided to join an awesome hyper-growth startup. Remote offered me the opportunity to use my extensive CX experience to build the future of work. We enable people across the world to have equal employment opportunities. Since January 2022, I have been part of a revolution to create freedom and flexibility in people\'s lives by disrupting the way companies hire, providing them with a global pool of talented people and excellent service.
