I am passionate about people and positivity! Positivity breeds positivity and I aim to start each day with a smile, finding the best in every situation, while aiming to impact positive change in everything that I do. Some of my advice - Write down one thing each day that made you smile, and begin the next by reading what you wrote ~ start off each day on the right foot. I am a true believer in the viral change approach ~ contagious behaviours that spread, perhaps slowly at the beginning, but then suddenly reaching a tipping point where they become the What do I feel makes a great HR Professional- Empathy - Compassion - Realism - Integrity - Accountability I am a CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources), a graduate of the University of Manitoba\'s Certificate in Human Resource Management and Certificate in Applied Counselling programs, and am currently working as an HR Supervisor for Maple Leaf Foods. I also have a Medical Office and an Administrative background across many industries and positions, which has helped me learn how to connect to employees in any industry. When not at work you can find me enjoying the outdoors with my family, at the paintball field, curled up with a good book, or attending a Zumba class.
