My role includes developing space plans, furniture layouts, and selecting FF & E to support the project’s design intent and operational needs. Working in close collaboration with STV and other project stakeholders to ensure cohesive, functional, and visually compelling interior environments. •Led design and construction documentation for large-scale projects in commercial, healthcare, multifamily, residential, and public sectors, ensuring ADA compliance and client satisfaction.• Collaborated on space planning, furniture layouts, and finish selections for optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.• Reviewed RFIs and submittals to maintain project quality and consistency throughout construction. Key Projects:• Brookdale Hospital, with Tonab Architecture: Family Care Center: Designed concept schemes, color palettes, and furniture plans for two locations. Coordinated furniture selection.• Terminal 6- JFK, with OCA Architects: Space planning, Furniture Layouts, and FF & E selections of BOH support spaces.• New Terminal One at JFK, with Tonab Architecture: Developed layouts and selected furnishings spaces, including offices, conference rooms, utility spaces, and breakrooms. Designed an employee \"Fun Zone\" to foster camaraderie between departments.• Heatherwood Communities – Spruce Pond: Renovated lounge and fitness areas, creating construction documents and overseeing design execution.• Port Authority Offices, with Tonab Architecture: Executed ADA modifications and interior fit-out for sq. ft, incorporating distinct designs for different departments and thematic elements inspired by travel.• Bay Club Condominiums: Designed award-winning renovations for amenities, earning the AIA Queens First Prize for Interiors.
