I am a proud sixth-generation Californian with entrepreneurial ancestors who arrived during the Gold Rush. Each of the matriarchs in my family was a visionary and an entrepreneur, and realized their American Dreams while supporting their family. I am no different. I earned both of my degrees while working full-time. My dream of achieving an MBA with an emphasis in Sustainability and Green Information Technology was realized in 2014. Currently, I am a global strategic portfolio manager at Bio-Rad, a leader in life science research and clinical diagnostics. Our company is dedicated to advancing science together and saving lives.

With a team of more than 7,800 employees in over 150 locations and with a global network of operations serving our customers, we help people live longer, healthier lives.I lead the Global IT Portfolio of Programs and Projects. Programs include global governance, agile transformation, and various global supply chain, manufacturing, customer service, and financial improvements. Additionally, I play the chief of staff role to our director of governance and people team based out of France.This year, I launched the Atlassian Jira Product Discovery for our teams to demonstrate the over ideas for improvements and standard prioritization process of selecting which projects have the highest value to our customers. I enjoy finding ways that we can automate work to reduce pain points and create efficiencies for our customers through systemic improvements and look forward to driving more value in the next year.
