I’m a Senior Designer with a passion for interior design, with 12 years of experience in restaurant, retail, and residential design. I have worked in store design at national brands such as Pizza Hut and JC Penney, and residential design at Pottery Barn and Robb & Stucky. I have been recognized with several awards during my career and education.My experience as Senior Designer at Pizza Hut, LLC, I focused on managing, reviewing, and approving franchisee construction plan reviews (up to 200+ plans per year) from new stores to remodels. I cultivated trusted and supportive partnerships with franchisees through asset development, site-specific design support, and collaborative solutions. Highlights of my time at Pizza Hut include leading 3 successful sign RFPs, project managing and designing a food truck featuring Pizza Hut\'s WingStreet brand, as well as writing and managing a new restaurant maintenance audit program, and contributing to new concept designs and decor packages.My designs are focused on innovating the customer experience, providing efficiencies, exceeding customer/client expectations, and creative solutions. I am proficient at selecting, sourcing, specifying, and implementing finishes, fixtures, signage, and furnishings. Additionally, I have experience in computer drafting programs, including AutoCAD, Google SketchUp and Photoshop.Colleagues know me as a highly creative partner who can always be trusted, seeks new solutions or ideas, detail oriented, respectful, and eager to work. I have an CIDA accredited BS in Interior Design from Abilene Christian University, with a minor in Business Management.
