With over twenty years of experience as a licensed healthcare administrator in three states, I am passionate about providing quality care and services to seniors and their families. I have extensive knowledge and skills in dementia, rehabilitation, and assisted living, as well as in managing daily operations, finances, and staffing of large and complex facilities.As the previous Executive Director at Elevate Care, I oversaw a 312-bed licensed community with a ventilator, tracheotomy, and dialysis unit. I was responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, enhancing resident satisfaction and engagement, and improving clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. Previously, I was the Interim Executive Director at Hollybrook Senior Living of Orange, where I successfully assisted the facility through an acquisition and transitioned the team to the new ownership. I also have a background in consulting and coaching, where I helped individuals and families navigate the senior living field and achieve their personal and professional goals.
