We are on an exciting new journey to empower patients worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life. My role in this journey is to enable US commercial excellence through leadership on compliance and risk minimization strategies associated with US federal health care programs and government-reimbursed products. Center of Expertise in areas of Anti-Kickback, Fraud & Abuse, False Claims, Pricing (Medicare, Medicaid & 340B) and Government Contracting. Leadership role in program design and process improvements for successful compliance with Mylan\'s Corporate Integrity Agreement (\"CIA\") with the Office of Inspector General (\"OIG\"), US Dept. of Heath & Human Services. Mission critical role in integration of US commercial operations of Mylan and Upjohn.
