ABOUT MELODY CHARDON
Most people are told they should bounce back after loss. But many of the women I work with discover something different. They are not trying to return to who they were before everything changed. They are learning how to release the weight of what they have been carrying and build forward into the next chapter of their lives.Over the years I have come to believe something important: unresolved grief rarely disappears. It simply waits for the right moment and the right space to be acknowledged.Often the women who find their way to me say something very similar: “I didn’t realize how much I had been carrying until I finally had the space to say it out loud.”I work with high-performing women who have spent years being the strong one for everyone else. From the outside their lives often look stable and successful. Inside they may feel emotionally heavy, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Many are navigating a major life transition or carrying grief they never had the time or space to process.I create a safe and trusted space where people can speak honestly about what they have been carrying. As that weight begins to lift, they reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and begin building forward in a way that feels more aligned with who they are now.My work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. In the span of eighteen months my father died, I filed for divorce, began a new career, and became the primary financial provider for my two teenage daughters. I know firsthand how quickly life can change and how little space many women have to process what they are going through. For more than a decade I have worked with hundreds of individuals including senior leaders, emerging leaders, and professionals navigating significant life transitions.Professional Certified Coach (PCC), International Coaching Federation (ICF)Grief SpecialistMental Fitness Mastery CoachIf something here resonates with you, feel free to send me a message.
