ABOUT MELODY PERRY
As a Brokerage Associate at Fidelity Investments, I opened various types of accounts for customers and ensured accurate data entry, as well as transferring assets between various types of accounts.I also leveraged my expertise on various of our operation processes in Microsoft word to create documents for my operations team, improving efficiency and quality. Before that, I worked as an Account Manager at Push Worldwide, where I managed 35+ customer accounts in the direct marketing industry. I acted as the personal Spectrum customer service representative for each customer I sold an internet bundle to and followed up with them weekly. I also used Salesforce to quickly and efficiently record and update customer data, during my time at Staffmark and Tactis LLC, demonstrating my CRM skills and organization skills. I have studied Data Analytics including Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft Excel and I am still currently studying to further my knowledge in the career. I am a data professional with a passion for problem solving, data analytics and delivering quality service. I am eager to learn new skills and grow in the data analytics industry.
