1. Learning Experience Designer Project Manager

   Design, write, and create accessible training content and technical writing (WCAG & Section 508) for eLearning and eModules for healthcare and insurance for one of largest Fortune 500 company. Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and SMEs to provide needs based analysis and instructional materials. Programs: MS Office, Camtasia, SharePoint, Vyond, Speechelo, SnagIt, Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Workday LMS, and Microsoft Teams.• Manage, design, and create engaging and accessible scalable projects with scaffolding and Backwards Design. Methodologies: gamification, webinars, videos, product simulations, courses, job aids, and quizzes.• Create and collaborate with team on three different levels of new hire clinical curriculum. Recently completed leading and project managing the construction of a brand-new Medical Director’s curriculum. • Currently leading the complete overhaul of one of the main 4-week nursing curriculums (lessons, courses, activities). Courses are primarily built with accessible Storyline modules. Focusing on organization, Agile project management, putting together a maintenance plan, and QA process. • Collaborating with team members to create a maintenance plan for new and current courses.• Update current courses to match the WCAG 2.2 guidelines for accessibility.• Mentor, coach, and train members of the team as well as at least one other person on another team.• Attend multiple virtual conferences for Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Accessibility & Disability, and Project Management.• Regularly add, edit, and manage our team\'s courses in Workday LMS.• Split current curriculum into two tracks (Inpatient and Outpatient) and moved both curriculums from one LMS into another: Workday LMS with minimal help and oversight within the first month of employment.
