1. Project Manager Global Supply Chain Training Center of Excellence

   Oct 2022 — Present

   Global Training Execution Strategy Owner – Encompassing all Process & Technology training for Home Delivery & Middle Mile sites. Responsibilities include developing the training strategy, and resources for all changes globally including process/continuous improvement changes/launches, new feature updates, launching new systems, sunsetting obsolete platforms, new building launches etc. Change Management Training Advisor – Chosen as 1 of 3 training subject matter experts to advise on the Global Supply Chain Change Management committee. The duties of this global governance team include reviewing/approving/challenging all changes/projects that would affect part or all of the supply chain population. We assess global impact, risks/quality issues, training needs, scheduling etc. Training Lead WDN 2.0 Tech Transformation in UK/IE – Develop and design training resources + deployment strategy for tech stack update in 9 UK/Ireland sites Axonify Reporting – Own network reporting for Axonify training activities for users using Google data studio/looker. Act as POC for Axonify reporting questions/helpdesk and process Axonify help request tickets. Communications Governance – Built and owner of Center of Excellence governance plan to create clear lines of communication for program owners, instructional designers, partner teams and field trainers.
