I have a bachelor\'s degree business administration from Georgia Southern University, where I learned the fundamentals of business and economics. I am currently the branch manager at Ameris Bank, a community bank that has been serving customers and communities for over 50 years. I have 10 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on retail banking, customer service, consumer lending and branch operations.As the branch manager, I am responsible for managing and running the Augusta branch, which I helped start here in Augusta in November 2020. I moved from Alpharetta, where I was the assistant branch manager at the Windward branch of Ameris. I lead a team of dedicated and professional staff, who provide exceptional banking services to our customers and help them achieve their financial goals. I spend a lot of time in business development and networking for our branch. I am an Ambassador for the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce and on the Women in Business Committee as well. It is important to me for Ameris to shine in Augusta and for the community to know we are a relationship bank. Customers need to know we care about them. I know respect and rapport is important in banking. I am passionate about building relationships with our customers, partners, and community, and bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the bank. As we continue to grow rapidly, I am very excited about the future of Ameris in Augusta. I am proud to be part of the Ameris family, and I look forward to continuing to grow with Ameris and in this community.
