About Melodi Amouzgar

Being Persian-Canadian-American gives me a deep sense of appreciation for diverse cultures and communities. Throughout my life, every goal I have is centered around how to best accommodate a skill in a variety of ways in order to yield to a diverse workforce. I believe one of our country\'s greatest assets is the amount of brilliant ideas that come out of having a multi-ideological approach to a problem. Although my initial passion in psychology was learning about people, the part-time job I took at Apple while getting my undergraduate degree also proved I had a passion for technology. Technology is a large part of my life now and I love the fact that it is constantly changing and bringing about new things to learn. Using the people skills that I gained with my degree in Psychology and recently earning my Masters in Education, I am working to find a better way to introduce fast-changing technology in the workplace and education industries that encourages users to be proactive about learning new technologies and keeping up to date. Currently working as a Training Lead allows me to not only create and facilitate content, but also implement processes and develop structure in a fast-growing global team to meet the needs of our customers.

Publish whitepapers and information guides on Jabra’s support website. Daily tools and applications include PowerPoint, Synthesia, Eloomi, Adobe InDesign, and more.
